Founded in 1932, the German Gemmological Association -DGemG- has grown to be an internationally recognized institution serving the gemstone and jewellery industry. Practical training programmes and seminars in coloured stones, diamonds and pearls/organic substances form the base of education for which the association has been famous for for many years.

More than ever before, expert knowledge in our trade is key to becoming both professionally and economically successful in our industry today. For the gemstone and jewellery industry especially confidence is of extraordinary significance within the branch as well as for the consumer and requires a maximum of gemmological expert knowlegde which moreover produces new vocational prospects.
