In 1994, Hans-Jürgen Mühle re-established the family business in its current form. However, its roots go back to 1869, when Robert Mühle began manufacturing high-precision measuring instruments in Glashütte. Mühle-Glashütte is still dedicated to precise measurement today - especially in the form of high-quality mechanical wristwatches. These are not only committed to the family tradition, but also to the nautical virtues of precision, robustness and good readability. Maintaining the high quality standards is particularly important to Thilo Mühle. He is now the fifth generation to manage the independent Glashütte family business.
