Basic entry
The mandatory communication fee (see Special Terms of Participation B3) includes the basic entry in the official media and is billed by Messe München GmbH with the admission invoice.
The following services are included in this basic entry:
- In the exhibitor profile (online, app):
Company name, street, postal code, town, country, phone, email and internet address, hall/stand, social media links (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok);
Teasertext with 80 characters of text incl. spaces;
1 product picture with 800 characters of text incl. spaces - In the product index (online, app):
3 single-line product entries with company name, hall/stand - In the list of trademarks (online, app)*:
Listing of all your brands with your brand‘s name, company name, hall/stand - In the hall plan and the alphabetical listing of each hall (online, app and print):
Company name, hall/stand - In the list of exhibitors (print):
Company name, postal code, town, country and internet address, hall/stand
Exhibitors can book further entries in the respective advertising media for extra charges. Exhibitors who register after January 09, 2026 will only be listed in the online and app directories.
